BYPASS ZAMTEL'S UNLIMITED FREEDOM DATA TO WORK ON A PC BY TETHERING THROUGH ROUTER/MIFI & PHONE

As we all or some knows that Zamtel few months ago introduced Unlimited Freedom Packages for Voice and Data on *422# starting from daily, weekly to monthly.

Well,this post is about data,and we know that these packages are structured to work only on a Mobile phone were a subscribed SIM Card is. In other words,they are restricted to work only on a Mobile phone such that you can't normally Hotspot or Tether to other mobile devices or Computers around you.Not only that is restricted,the unlimited packages can't work when you put your SIM Card in a Wi-Fi Router or MiFi.

PROCEDURE:

Put your Unlimited Freedom subscribed SIM Card in a Router or MiFi and run Command Prompt as an Administrator.

Copy and paste below commands:

netsh int ipv4 set glob defaultcurhoplimit=65

Then Hit Enter

netsh int ipv6 set glob defaultcurhoplimit=65

Then Hit Enter

That's all. You should now able to browse on your PC.

BYPASS ZAMTEL'S UNLIMITED FREEDOM DATA PACKAGES TO WIRELESSLY TETHER/HOTSPOT FROM ONE PHONE TO ANOTHER PHONE OR EVEN TO PC THROUGH HTTP INJECTOR.

BRIEF PROCEDURE:

Put your SIM Card(freedom subscribed) in your Android Phone.

Launch HTTP Injector and navigate to:

Tools > Tethering Tools > Hotshare

Follow the numbered steps.

Start Wi-Fi hotspot & Hotshare

Hint: Take note of the IP address and port above.

You'll use it on the other phone(s) you want to hotspot to. VERY IMPORTANT.

Now go to the other phone and turn Wi-FI on.

Connect to the network coming from HTTP Injector.

Once connected, long tap on "connected" for more options.

Differ with phones. Once you have more options. Locate where proxy(manually) is.

Now put the IP and port in their respective fields.

I expect to be three(3) fields, two for IP and one for port.

SAVE and start browsing.
